Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal information this website collects, why we collect it, what we do with it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. We have written it in plain English on purpose. If anything in it is unclear, ask us and we will explain.
Who we are
Noble Group UK Media Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described in this notice. We are registered in England & Wales under company number 15620074, with our registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, Floor 5, London, W1W 5PF.

What this notice covers
This notice covers noble-group.co.uk — the website you are reading now. It does not cover work we carry out for you under a separate contract, which is governed by that contract.
What we collect, and why
There is exactly one place on this website that collects personal information: the enquiry form on our contact page.

We do not ask for — and do not want — special category information such as health, religious or political information, or any payment details. Please do not send them through this website.
What happens to your enquiry
When you submit the form, your enquiry is sent by email to our company mailbox at info@noble-group.co.uk.
We do not store it in this website’s database. There are no user accounts here, no public sign-in, no online payment and no customer profiles. Nothing you send is published, and nothing is passed to anyone else for marketing. We will never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry reaches us as an ordinary email. We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, and then delete it.
Where an enquiry leads to a contract or an ongoing working relationship, we keep the relevant records for as long as that relationship lasts and for as long afterwards as the law requires.
Cookies, and anything stored on your device
This website sets no cookies for visitors, and stores nothing on your device while you browse. You can read the detail — including the one third-party service we use — on our cookies page.
Who else is involved
We keep third parties to a minimum. Two organisations process personal information in connection with this website, both acting on our written instructions:
- Hostinger — provides the servers, the content delivery network and the mailboxes that serve this website and receive our email. Its servers keep standard security logs, which include IP addresses, so the site can be protected against attack and abuse.
- Automattic, the company behind Jetpack Stats — provides the page-view counting we use to understand which pages are useful. It receives your IP address and the address of the page you viewed. It sets no cookies and builds no profile of you.
We do not use advertising networks, social media tracking pixels or data brokers. We make no automated decisions about you, and we do not profile you.
Transfers outside the UK
Our hosting and email are provided from within the European Economic Area, so your information does not leave it for those purposes.
Analytics is the exception. Automattic is based in the United States, so using its service means your IP address is transferred outside the UK. We rely on an appropriate safeguard for that transfer — the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, together with standard contractual clauses where they apply.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- ask what personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy of it;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information;
- ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to our using it;
- receive your information in a portable format, or have it sent to another organisation;
- withdraw any consent you have given — though we do not rely on consent for anything described in this notice.
To use any of these rights, email info@noble-group.co.uk. There is no charge and we will respond within one month. If we need longer — for example, if your request is complex — we will tell you why.
If you are unhappy
Please tell us first, at info@noble-group.co.uk, so we have the chance to put it right.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), which is the UK’s supervisory authority for data protection. You can contact the ICO at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this notice and the date at the top of it before the change takes effect.
